Unfortunately, my experience with Roofle did not meet my expectations. While the marketing was compelling, I found the customer service to be less helpful than anticipated, and the pricing seemed too high for a tool that primarily generates soft budget proposals. I had hoped Roofle would deliver on the promises in its advertising, but it fell short for me.
I have since canceled my subscription. Upon doing so, I immediately lost access to my dashboard, which was disappointing, as I had hoped to download my lead entries for future marketing efforts. Additionally, a persistent pop-up remains on my homepage, which seems to be related to backend HTML coding on my site.
I appreciate the innovation Roofle is striving for and hope the technology evolves in the future. Perhaps I’ll reconsider becoming a customer again once improvements are made..

Poor communication. Hidden charges. Contract was misleading. Came back with an extra $1200 in charges for entirely foreseeable amount of material on roof. They made thier quote by sateliite image without seeing the hosue. and then claimed they had to charge extra for the number of layers on the house. Crew left a mess in the FRONT YARD (shingles, sheeting, plywood, and THREE LADDERS). Why these weren't stored on the driveway (there is a whole paved section not infront of the garage door that would have been perfect) or at the least in the backyard, I have no idea. Garbage and roof detritus all around the house. Crew told us they weren't paid enough to care. Begged and begged for items to be removed or if they were determined fro me to have them moved. I was unable to lift most items at their weight. Received ticket from the city and the neighbors were peeved. Plus the grass died in an 9'x 4' area. Their nonsense delayed sale of home which probably cost me $10k. Use a local business.
The work itself was fine and done timely (once they started). The quote was lower than others (but when I account for the the delays and the cost of removal of their garbage, it wasn't such a bargain after all).
